NATIONAL AWARD OF THE NSI TROPHIES

Do you remember that we put the students of the NSI speciality in the spotlight in February for the realization of a software allowing them to explain the formation of snowflakes to the students of Primary school?

Spécialité NSI (Numérique et Sciences Informatiques) – Lycée Claudel | L’école française internationale d’Ottawa Lycée Claudel | L’école française internationale d’Ottawa

Well, these four valiant students Alexander A., Katherine L., Tomas MCN. and Simon N. won the national NSI trophy in the Best First Project category for their project SnowFake, simulating snowflakes. This competition is open to all students taking the NSI specialty in the first and last years of high school and allows to value the NSI specialty teaching, to highlight the projects realized during the school year and to encourage team work.

During a virtual ceremony, our students received the prize and the congratulations of all the partners and members of the jury who unanimously praised the students’ investment and the high quality of their project.

Congratulations to all four of them for this excellent work and thanks to Mrs. Brasset, teacher of this specialty, for her investment and the management of this beautiful team.
